Reservation confirmation

After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation from us by email.

 

Payment

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the rental amount.

In the event of non-fulfillment, incomplete fulfillment, or late fulfillment of payment obligations, the reserve

Mille Fleurs has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement.

 

Cancellation by the renter

Cancellation must be communicated to Mille Fleurs in writing or by email.

For cancellations up to 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total rental price will be charged.

In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival, the total rental price is due.

Where possible, we will try to rent out the accommodation. In that case, costs may be refunded to the tenant, but never more than 50% of the rental price.

In the event of cancellation of a Non-Refundable booking, the total rental price is due.

 

Liability

Mille Fleurs is not liable for any form of loss, theft, accident, damage, or injury caused to – or by – tenants of Mille Fleurs, whether inside or outside our facilities.

 

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

 

Travel and cancellation insurance

We recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance yourself.
